Terms of service
These terms are a placeholder pending legal review before general availability. They are not yet a contract. The commercial terms that do apply during the design-partner phase are the ones in your signed order form.
What Procura undertakes to do
Monitor the sources listed in your account, score notices against the profile you configure, and prepare documents and drafts for your review. Procura does not submit bids and does not send communications without an explicit instruction from a user.
What Procura does not warrant
Complete coverage of every notice published in South Africa. Coverage depends on the sources monitored; gaps in municipal and state-owned-entity publication are a known limitation of the national data, not a defect in the product. The tender documents themselves remain the authority on every requirement, date and figure.
