Who processes your information

Uhuru AI (Pty) Ltd (registration 2025/660003/07) operates Procura and acts as the responsible party for account data, and as an operator for the tender content you place in the platform.

What is processed, and why

Account and company information — names, work email addresses, company registration details, CSD numbers, B-BBEE status and tax compliance status. Processed to operate the service you have asked for: matching notices to your capability, checking eligibility and producing bid documents.

Team CVs — names, qualifications and experience of the people you nominate for scored CV criteria. Processed on your instruction, and included in documents only where a tender requires it.

Buyer contact details — the contact person published on a public tender notice. Processed on a legitimate-interest basis so that clarification questions can be addressed correctly. These details are never used for marketing, and a suppression list is honoured.

WhatsApp numbers — processed only where an opt-in has been recorded, with the consent text and timestamp stored alongside the number. STOP is honoured.

What Procura does not do

Procura does not submit bids. It does not send email on your behalf without an explicit click. Integration with your mailbox uses compose-and-draft permissions only — it cannot read your inbox.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may export your complete tenant record as structured JSON at any time. Requests go to privacy@procura.africa.
