Pricing

Before you pay
14 days, no card
The trial is the full product on the Chamber tier. We would rather you found out in two weeks that your sources are not covered than in month four.
Worth knowing before you decide
- eTenders and the OCDS feed are national. Municipal and SOE coverage depends on which adapters we have built — ask, and we will tell you exactly what we watch today.
- Procura drafts. It does not submit for you, and no plan changes that.
- A failed payment does not lock you out. An overdue account keeps working in full — a bid closing this week matters more than an invoice — and we ask you to update the card rather than holding your pipeline hostage.
What you are actually buying
Discovery you would otherwise do by hand
The national OCDS feed on a thirty-minute poll, scraper adapters for provincial portals and metros, and an intake address for the RFQs a client forwards you. Deduplicated across all three so one tender is one row.
A decision you can defend
Runway in working days against the public-holiday calendar, compulsory-briefing checks, PPPFA 80/20 and 90/10 maths, CIDB grading, and the expiry dates on your own paperwork. The scorecard shows the arithmetic, not a verdict from a model.
The pack, in your brand
Seven document templates rendered against your brand kit, an XLSX pricing workbook, and a compliance matrix that tracks every returnable. Anything the system does not know renders as a visible [REQUIRED: …] rather than as confident filler.
A record that outlives the argument
On Chamber, every event is an entry in a hash-chained ledger you can export as a Bid Evidence Pack — with a verifier inside it, so the other side can check it without trusting us.
Paying
Card or EFT through Paystack, in rands, invoiced monthly or annually. Every invoice, payment and credit is a double-entry journal that has to balance to zero before it is written — VAT on its own account, discounts as a contra rather than as a smaller number. You can see the whole ledger in the app.
